Graziella Pavia is an agronomist and she is the one who prepared the candidacy dossier at UNESCO. Hers is a compelling story of the practice of alberello vine farming in Pantelleria from the inception of the candidacy to its proclamation as an intangible heritage of humanity which took place on November 26, 2014.
